I have been working at YMCA part-time for more than 3 years

ProsNon-profit that really cares about bettering it's community.

ConsNot very quick to give salary and especially hourly raise opportunities, regardless of positive evaluation(s), etc.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure all of your employees (especially the good ones) are valued equally and monetarily to ensure longer stay within the company.

Pros: I've transferred between three YMCAs and they have all been great.… Cons: As a part time employee, depending on the Y and the season it can be hard to get the hours… Advice to Senior Management: Keep up the good work.
