Pros

Opportunity to grow, hands on training, great staff.

    I worked at YMCA full-time

    Pros

A not-for-profit that does a lot of good for the community. Most of the members are real, down-to-earth people. Benefits are good for full time employees. They have greatly improved their marketing over the past few years.

    Cons

Pay is inline with non-profit work, i.e. not the highest. There seems to be an excessive amount of management layers.
