    I worked at YMCA

    Pros

Excellent leadership from management and good communication, Management welcomes feedback and works hard to make positive things happen.
Clean facility that closes once a year to clean and maintain the building and equipment.
Members needs are challenging (in a good way) because they are from so many different backgrounds
All required training such as CPR, First Aid and CEU courses are paid for as well as your hours taking the courses.

    Cons

low pay, hot sun, but the kids make the whole experience worth it. The things that I took away from this job are priceless.

    I worked at YMCA

    Pros

There are a few good co-worker you can trust. Otherwise, just don't stay.

    Cons

Managers are disrespectful. The whole organization is disorganized and force it staffs to enter a donation contract. And managers also fall asleep, so the Leader will be a dick to other leaders.
Many of the co-workers are people who thinks they're better than you and cruel to the Elementary school kids by yelling and pulling their arms.
Some co-workers will put a knife on your back to say gossips and causing trouble at work-site.

    Advice to Management

Listen to their employees, and balance all of these bullcrap that is destroying the organization.
Don't listen to gossips, always see what's going and don't fall asleep or yawn in front of people.
