No Loyalty from the Y after working there for 10 years

ProsEase of commute to work. Access to gym facilities

ConsManagement are complacent and never changes. They do not earn much and have no where to go so they have a bad attitude. None of them would survive in the corporate world. I have taught there for 10 years but it is of no consequence to them.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up with the times and other gyms
