“Great company to work for”
Former Employee – worked at YMCA of Silicon Valley part-time for more than a year
Pros – Free gym membership, caring people, flexible hours, a relaxed work enviornment with friendly co workers. Get to work with kids and give back to the community. A very rewarding job.
Cons – As a new lifeguard,one may have to open the pool early in the mornings.(4:45am). With senority one can get the day time shifts and pick your hours more. That being said, they are flexible and willl work with your schedule.
