Current Employee - Account Executive (Really A Telemarketer) in Riverside, CA

I have been working at YP full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

19.70 hr at max pay + commision which will put you at about 25$ + and you get paid time off with your daily sales average so you get your hourly + sales average for days off- some cool people however they work in fear- and this company tends to hire older unathletic- bingo players- even the younger ones become drones

    Cons

Well not only did we have a suicide multiple employees going off their rocker- increased stress- trickling down hill- bad management- no accountability from managers- very grey in processes- as mentioned montlhly bonuses announced on the spot in the middle of the month- the right hand doesnt know what the left is doing- we are customer service reps, sales reps, bill collectors, telemarketers, make 25 calls- no handle your market blah blah blah look @ my 3 series "Im a manager who does nothing" - THIS PLACE IS A JOKE- full of complacent robots who are scared- cookie cutters but hey the pay is decent but this place will kill your morale

I have been working at YP full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Since breaking off from AT&T, YP has been focused on increasing growth and transitioning from its old corporate culture. This creates a fast-paced working environment full of opportunities for career advancement.

    Cons

Working in a new company means putting in a lot of hard work and long hours. However, because we are now a much more nimble organization, you can see the results of your efforts quickly.
