    Pros

Great people who are very smart.

    Cons

The advertising and publishing labor force is micro-managed. With such great talent, the management culture somewhat stymies productivity.

    Advice to Management

Let great talent do their jobs and make the Company money. Instead of nit-picking and fault finding let the talent soar to achieve great success.

    Pros

Pay is ok, dental and vision benefits are fairly decent.

    Cons

Every competent employee either leaves for a better job or gets fired because someone higher up doesn't like them. Basically everyone in this place is looking for something better. New products and software are put into place without any testing, feedback or processes from the people who are actually going to use them and then they have to work around the constant issues. Part of your job depends on communicating with people in different parts of the company who can barely string a sentence together. Don't expect vacation, sick days or health insurance you can actually afford.
