About what you would expect for a site in an increasing irrelevant category (IYP), started by an old company (AT&T)

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Glendale, CA

Prosnobody is working that awfully hard, so you can take it pretty easy and survive; pay is not that bad; Glendale is a pretty easy commute from much of valleys

Conssince no one is working that hard, or is that ambitious here, it's hard to do anything interesting or challenging (i.e. don't expect to be rewarded for pushing the envelope)

Advice to Senior Managementget a clue - instead of being enamored by outside consultants (like Altman Villandrie) that charge hundreds of thousands to tell you what your best employees already know (wow, your most popular categories are also the most under-monetized - no one caught that before!), try to reward the few people in the company that are striving to make a difference. It's way to easy to get ahead in this company by being a great a**-kisser.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: If the company can survive the digital transition, there is… Cons: Too many products, too many procedures, not good enough at… Advice to Senior Management: Focus man, focus.... Back to the basics. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
