YRC Freight Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at YRC Freight full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Good Pay and benefits with union representation, overall a good place to work. Equipment isnt bad but its getting old and needs to be replaced.

Cons – Had to take a 15% paycut and lost a weeks vacation. Management has changed a lot over the last two years. They learn the job and start performing well and then someone new comes in with new ideas, its crazy sometimes.

Advice to Senior Management – I think we are finally headed in the right direction, just keep trying to get all employees back in the game.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
