“If you can handle it...”
I worked at YWCA full-time for more than a year
Pros – reduced hours in the summer: same pay, lots of beautiful women - I was the only man in the office
Cons – I was the only man in the office - no-one to chat with on breaks and lunch/ someone was always PMSing
Advice to Senior Management – get rid of the tier system
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
