Pros

The people are wonderful. And they are motivated to do the right thing.

Cons

fractured internal structure and not enough accountability and ownership of issues. Too big to effectively use matrix and not enough recognition for the folks who do.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be clear. Be direct. And make sure you tell us what's up for negotiation and what isn't.
