Current Employee – been working at Yahoo

Pros – Good pay, lots of smart people, big audience, good deployment architecture.

Cons – Poor internal tools, lack of decisiveness, management changes to frequently.

Advice to Senior Management – Each project should have a single general manager in charge of all functions (design, engineering, product, QA, etc). Set goals that are relevant to the business and hold the GM accountable. Then let them succeed or fail. No second guessing.
