Pros

Work life balance, friendly environment, above average compensation

Cons

Management sucks. Most of the good engineers are already gone.

Quit playing re-org game. It is not cool.

    Pros

    yahoo is a generous company, a good salary and all. good work/life balance. there are a lot people leaving, so it is not hard to promote faster than usual.

    Cons

    no sense of focus from upper management. you work on something for months/years just to see the project is being killed.

    Very Intern-friendly company, very well organized activities. Powerful technology support to engineering and researching!!

    company structure are changing recently, some people saying lost their targets.
