I have been working at Yahoo full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Endless career opportunities, high exposure to new products, fast-paced, high level of talent. Excellent work-life balance, lots of perks (work from home, cell paid for, stock options, flexible hours, excellent benefits, etc.).

Cons

Lack of leadership at all levels. Lack of company vision, which trickles down into all facets of the company. 5 CEOs in the last year, and it is certainly felt throughout the company.

Advice to Management

None.

    Pros

The culture and the people are great! Some of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Great perks, Yahoo! really values it's employees and treats them well.

    Cons

Too much uncertainty is negatively affecting the moral of employees, especially those that have been with the company for numerous years.

I have been working at Yahoo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employee have a lot of free hand and good for them in terms of technology and problem solving.

    Cons

They stick a lot with the legacy systems and then don't maintain and grow with the existing technology and enhancements, So after sometime maintaining things becomes a primary work and people start loosing interest.
