The salary and the benefits are quite good, above average in the industry. There are many brilliant people, especially among the engineers. The web development is top.

Cons

The company has a bad reputation at the moment, the management took several wrong decisions and was not able to explain them. There are wide cost reductions which affect projects and office life.
Strategy is confuse and unclear.
