Current Employee – been working at Yahoo full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Hard-working, dedicated people here. Everyone knows that, while we lead in many verticals, we fall behind in others. Employees recognize that and genuinely want to work to better the company as a whole.

Cons – Middle management is full of idiots who play favorites, yet somehow stay in C-staff's good graces.

Advice to Senior Management – Ask how managers' direct reports feel about their managers and teams. Bottom-up feedback should be taken to get positive changes to happen in the company.
