Not for the types who need or thrive on stability in the workplace.

ProsIn the past, movement within the company was relatively easy- people could explore other roles and teams to find better fits and as a means of retaining talent.

ConsThat flexibility seems to be dwindling with more rigid process being instituted around transfers. And as it is in any large corporation, there is a lot of ambiguity in roles/responsibilities and constant change.

    Not What It Used To Be!

    Pros: Open work environment, good benefits, great people to work with,… Cons: If you're in one of the satellite offices (non-Sunnyvale), you're basically just an appendage, not really remembered until something is truly damaged.
