    Pros

    Nice Work Environment
Maybe a little aging but still good technique stack
    Reasonable role assignment

    Cons

Too much political struggle. Constant changing in the project plan. You are allowed to do what you want and push new inovation but expect hardly going anywhere.

    Advice to Management

Please change organization chart and has a deep reform

    Pros

Good benefits and compensation. Work was reasonable as a new hire freshly out of university. They have a good mentoring program and good tech talks to gain knowledge of other teams' work.

    Cons

Sometimes the teams lack direction. Work gets boring or monotonous after a while (depending on the team). It does not seem easy to switch teams.

    Advice to Management

better management of teams and work to be done
