I have been working at Yahoo full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great company, one of the few companies with large scale systems, which means you have a chance to learn all sorts of things within the company.

    Cons

Recently had lots of management changes as everyone knows, but hopefully things are turning around. No longer has the same prestige as it had during the dotcom Internet era.
