    Pros

look good on CV for next job(hopefully)
    Food is alright

    Cons

Absolutely no career development, your idea will not be listened, if you are an engineer, be prepared to be a code monkey.
    No strategy at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Yahoo London engineering team is really not competitive, due to the poor management. The senior director should leave.

I worked at Yahoo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Work culture very good, no limitations for work. Can learn anything and do.

    Cons

Frequent Layoffs, communication gap between management and employee

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please pay proper attention to the reason why an employee is leaving, not every time they leave for higher salary. Few things you can stop just by listening to employee and address his concerns. If you dont have time to listen, employee doesnt feel to stay.
