I enjoyed starting year, but probably not a good place to stay long-term

lack of focus from management.

Advice to Senior Management

Yahoo! is a technology organization, with a strong sales support. We seem to be moving to a sales organization, with a strong technology support, which, IMHO is not a good direction.
