Not too much stress. Work pace is not too fast. Salary is OK. This is just the kind of big companies, you know.

Cons

Well, as a big company, it sort of lacks passion. You don't see that kind of energy you can see in start ups.

Advice to Senior Management

I think the high level management needs more innovation and more accurate vision about future plans. Otherwise, it's hard for such a big company to compete with its rivals.
