Pros

One of the few places where you truly reach a HUGE audience! "Fun" content. Lots of smart, talented coworkers who will challenge you to perform your best work. Very flexible hours, all from home.

Cons

Working a distance away from HQ can make you feel out of the loop at times and a bit disconnected. The amount of people involved day-to-day can be too much of a good thing sometimes -- there's a lot of ideas floating around that sometimes get lost in the shuffle. You need a thick skin to deal with the constant critique.

Advice to Senior Management

You're on the right path! I think this company is headed for a comeback and I'm proud to be a part of it, especially when friends/former coworkers keep asking me to look out for openings! Yahoooooo!
