    Pros

    The vast majority of people at the company are a combination of personable and very good at their job. The perks are great and the pay is competitive. The company is also more focused than ever compared to recent years.

    Cons

    While it has improved since Marissa's arrival, there still are a lot of layers of managers.

    Very good experience for interns. Lots of fun activities. Lots to learn. Cool management. Got to learn lots of technical things.
