I have been working at Yahoo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Plenty of opportunity to advance, generally good projects to work on. Decent benefits.

    Cons

They could never make up their minds about where to go: About every 6 weeks we'd have to stop what we were doing to make a new deck about what we're doing to justify what we'd been doing to the new management. Frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Do your research, pick a direction and go with it. Commit.

    I worked at Yahoo full-time

    Pros

Global company with good infrastructure and benefits. Professional but friendly environment. A good mixed of talents

    Cons

Leadership has changed often due to layoffs and reorgs. Losing it competitive advantages and trying hard to play catch up game.
