ProsInteresting projects, get to work with great teams and individuals, scale and breath of your projects enable you to touch almost 1 out 10 people in the world.

ConsSome teams are territorial and do not like to cooperate for the bigger picture. Sometimes work creeps into your entire life, taking phone calls, checking/responding to emails all times of the day and night

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to stay ahead of the curve. There are times when it seems that Yahoo is trying to catch up or dropped the ball on key projects
