If you have a good manager who allows you to do your job, you can contribute to and build some exciting products. Perks and benefits are pretty good as well.
Cons
Sr management is slow to make decisions and managers constantly switch priorities to the hot topic of the day. The culture has become very risk adverse so prototyping or releasing beta products are incredibly difficult to do.
Advice to Senior Management
Clear out the dead weight in sr management, focus on core businesses, and invest heavily in them. Allow business owners to take risks where appropriate and be willing to accept failure as part of the business.
