    Pros

Many opportunities for growth, good benefits, ok compensation, large company, job security

    Cons

lack of respect for insubordinate employee positions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you ignore your employees, exempt as well as non exempt, they'll just go away. If as they promote, 'You are Yale,' then take care of 'Yale' and 'Yale' will take care of you.
