    Nice people make it worth working there.

    IT systems were behind the times and management was slow to implement efficiencies to streamline how we conducted our work.

    Invest in IT infrastructure.

    Pros

    Brand awareness. Quality product. Mostly enthusiastic employees that really use the product. Advanced product design. Emphasis on customer satisfaction.

    Cons

    Very conservative company that is afraid to take some risks. Top heavy on management like most big companies. Some micro-management depending on division. Global company that doesn't operate that way - no coordination or consistency amongst different countries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Strive to make company truly globaly by integrating systems, warranties, and communication between different countries and subsidiaries.
    Difficult in this economy but need to be more aggressive with marketing to non-core buyers. Branch out to different socio-economic groups.
