Current Employee – been working at Yash Technologies full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – - independent platform to decide your own growth
- Friendly atmosphere and open environment
- Equal opportunity employer
Cons – - Weak Internal communication
- Issues with the internal information flow
- low branding (external/internal)
Advice to Senior Management – - Work on branding (Internal/external)
- There is no reason why Yash can not do this
