I have been working at Yash & Lujan Consulting full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Onboarding process was handled electronically. Some nice people, if you can get them to call you back and keep their word.

    Cons

The most unprofessional group I have ever worked with. If you find yourself working with this consultancy, do realize your career has hit rock bottom. Chasing people around, sending email after email and worst of all, trying to track down my paycheck.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Telling consultants the truth would be a great place to start. Choosing unrealistic client relations over your consultants is a poor way to execute and grow any consultancy.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
