Pros

The team from Y&L gets it when aligning you with the right position / company. You feel like your joining a family.

Cons

Keeping the pipe lines filled with top notch people. Screening needs to keep a high standard. Don't settle.

Advice to Management

Keep the personal, hands on approach for qualifying potential team members. Much like a SWOT analysis.
Great to be on board!!

    Pros

Worked as a contractor for a US client. They pay the salary on time. They have very good immigration lawyers taking care of immigration issues quite well.

    Cons

Not much growth potential. It is a typical consulting company.

  2. Family-oriented company who cares about employees and clients

    Pros

Management door is always open. President doesn't have an admin guarding his door. Consultants can come in and meet with him and generally bring their spouses and children with them. The company pays well and has decent benefits and treats people fairly.

    Cons

Going through some growing pains of becoming a larger company. Some manual processes need to be automated.

    Advice to Management

Keep engaging with your consultants. They are the best form of information on where your clients' are going.
