Pros

They've established a very casual work environment, but still like to keep it competitive. This is done through weekly competitions for extra prizes. Everyone from your coworkers to the CFO of the company are willing to help you out when needed. It's tough work, but if you want a career in sales, this is a great place to learn and toughen up. Free lunch is also a definite plus!

Cons

The training program for the position I held wasn't too helpful. The work is very monotonous and can become stressful. Avoid taking it home with you if possible. A lot of this stress can come from trying to meet your quotas, which isn't entirely in your hands, given its not you who closes the deal. As the title says, it's a great place to start, but leave when you think you've learned everything you can...

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to make the day less structured. It's frustrating being told to take breaks at a specific time each day. Keep working with the individuals that are struggling, more often then not they'll turn it around.
