Pros

great managers, work hard play hard mentality, encourages you to push yourself everyday

Cons

feels like a call center most of the time - you're expected to make 80-100 calls per day

    I have been working at Yodle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The culture is bar none the best I've seen in a company. There are tribes among the masses and plenty of tribes within tribes such that anyone can find a place to feel at home here.

    Cons

    Unless you're a top performer and garnishing the lion's share of new business revenue you are quite simply another cog in the wheel.

    As you grow do your best to retain that startup culture which every days seems more and more elusive.
