    Encouraged to stay positive. Learn a ton in training and constantly.

    Cons

    Values may mean well, but the management doesn't follow, so...
    Do not flex to accommodate special needs.

    Advice to Management

    Do not talk bad about employees. Live what you preach and care about others. Encourage. Recognize your own areas of opportunity. Learn to apologize.

    Pros

    - Good place to learn and grow if you are recently graduated

    Cons

    - Client service management is quite bad
    - Pay is way below the industry standard
    - New ideas for the product go nowhere
    - Benefits could be improved, no 401k?!

    Advice to Management

    Cultivate and INVEST in your client service employees otherwise they leave due to dissatisfaction.
