I have been working at Yodlee full-time (less than a year)

Pros

People. Flexibility. Relevance.

Yodlee is a rare find. Yodlee sees such value in its people that it seeks to hire, retain, train, develop and promote people that are committed to classic values like hard work, keeping ones word, teamwork ... In fact, there are moments I have wondered if Yodlee is too patient and enduring in developing people (but I CAN be rather impatient). In exchange Yodlee will give you the freedom to explore your intellectual curiosity, help to foster a professional range and even assist with your personal needs in the workplace (tools, space, activities, food) - without the fixed, limiting structures of obsessively corporate environments. The business side of Yodlee is not going away any time soon. People will not stop needing to make, use and invest their money. They will however, need more methods with which to access, distribute and allocate those choices and Yodlee, along with the lucky few that are here - will deliver just that.

Cons

At times too willing to wait for employee's professional development.

Business. Promise. People. Flexibility. Hard to find greener pastures.

I have been working at Yodlee full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

I've been with Yodlee a long time and think these are some of the best people to work with. While there are challenges in any company, Yodlee offers people a chance to learn way beyond their current experience and capabilities. I have seen many people grow quickly into new jobs and areas they thought were year away or never achievable. I like the support that all coworkers give each other. This is a true learning environment and one of the best places to work.

    Cons

With a major office in India and international clients, the work demands get a little tough. But this is offset by the personal flexibility that people have in managing their schedule and work days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great open communication - keep it up.
