I was excited to join but quickly felt disappointed.

ConsThe employee turn over rate is high.
Compensation is below industry standard.
Required to work unpaid extra hours/day with out pay/recognition.

    Pros: The office is new and close to Caltrain. It is… Cons: Employee retention is extremely low. Middle management does a terrible job of communicating to their team and seems to be more interested in bad politics… Advice to Senior Management: Take a course in ethics.
