It is a latter stage start up , good place to work and some nice benefit are there like gym membership for employees/

Cons

let all the employees also be involved in decision making by the upper management. Some employees are shy to be in front when discussing their ideas so please take time to understand everyone/

Advice to Senior Management

Keep the good work and try finding new opportunities in the document sharing works also, one core business is good but there need to be a path for further direction.
