Pros

Working for Young Life is a very rewarding job, but it is also very hard.

Cons

Having to please donors and committee can sometimes overshadow the joy of sharing Christ with kids

    Pros

    Free Housing, Food, Use of Camp and benefits

    Cons

    Paid Minimum Wage during off season and stipend in summer...was tough to live on. Plus you had to raise a portion of it.
