I have been working at Young & Rubicam full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

There's something about this place that tends to keep people here for a while. By and large the people here are great and there aren't too many personalities these days.

Cons

No reviews. Raises are infrequent. Lots of turnover at the management level.

I have been working at Young & Rubicam

    Pros

there is a good foundation of process if you work on the Colgate account

    Cons

Lack of support/mentoring/guidance. Prepare to sink or swim
"Reviews" are rare IF they happen at all
You can get promoted but you wont see your pay increase because it can take "up to 1 year" before it can be approved by WPP (!!!)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the dead weight that sit at the top, that refuse to put in the work it takes to build business and relationships on a account. This is called for on both Account & Creative side.
