Young & Rubicam Employee Review

Former Employee – worked at Young & Rubicam full-time for more than a year

Pros – Friendly culture, no back-stabbers here, very supportive environment

Cons – The creative isn't what it should be - it's not for lack of talent or effort.. there are just too many layers on top.. very top heavy.

Also, very difficult to get formally promoted (you basically have to get an offer from elsewhere first)

Advice to Senior Management – You need to give thought to how you promote.
