Amazing place for children and teens that have struggles and have not been successful in other places.

    Pros

    Can set own hours, insurance okay, great connection with families.

    Cons

    Too much emphasis on hours, poor pay...too low for the work, local management is out of touch with reality.

    Advice to Management

    provide cell phones, laptops, etc. to employees. Treat employees like an adult. Provide the support that is preached.

    Pros

    Ability to be promoted quickly along with leadership development opportunities. Supportive management. Health care benefits.

    Cons

    Salary pay (40 hours a week) with longer than average work weeks (50+ hours a week). Quick turnover rate. Documentation, documentation, documentation.

    Advice to Management

    Provide supportive environment for staff. Help out as much as possible to alleviate pressure.
