    Pros

    1. A Very Professional environment with very competent people to work with 2. Great support form the management to spear head projects. 3. Young and competitive company in a growing industry makes sure that the future is bright.

    Cons

    1. Its a very specialized Job. Ability to shift later to different industries within the same department is difficult. 2. Hardly any sales function. So not best for people wanting staring their careers in Sales and marketing profiles. One should join later in career.

    Advice to Management

India is a high growth potential country with a waste geography. It is important to be present in all areas even if it is not financially viable to open a full format store in a particular area. For Such areas smaller non seating format stores can be opened focusing only on take away. This advice is specially for KFC.
