    Great Open culture Great visibility within the company. People generally know each other Great Learning Curve Part of growth of the company

    Processes still evolving Work Life balance could be a big issue Your perception counts. Hero one day can become a zero quickly.

    Advice to Management

    Needs to check the amount of load each individual carries. People cannot achive breaktrough if they are riding on 20 boats.

    Good culture, Work-Life balance, Can learn a lot. Good middle management teams. Good communication.

    Cons

    Salaries, Leadership atitude, everything seems great unless you've been in the thick of things.

    Advice to Management

    Please try and understand your middle managers. Learn to recognize talent. Stop recognizing so much.
