    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are forcing 20+ year people out. These are the people who know your business from an Operations perspective. It's no wonder store operations continue to suffer. There used to be standards that were enforced, just not talked about.

Former Employee - Project Manager  in  Louisville, KY
Former Employee - Project Manager in Louisville, KY

    Pros

The best part was the flexibility in the work place especially when an employee has a personal situation of family emergency.

    Cons

The most disappointing part was the lack of interesting in helping employees grow professionally - there was too much focus on training all employees on internal language and visions but training employees to help them in their careers was denied year after year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote your team to upper management instead of only promoting yourself to upper management. Be more willing to listen to other ideas and open to new options.
