Excellent training systems

Cons

You are a number, not an individual
People are encouraged to pursue "clouds down thinking" but the environment for creative thinking and risk taking is not created.
Slow to promote and very bureaucratic

    Limited resources, decision making process and lack of control on franchisees business performance. Consulting vs managing.

    Plenty of career opportunities, fantastic culture, great people, international company, 36,000 restaurants worldwide. Lots of internal development,

    You need a degree to progress beyond a certain management level.
