Pros

You can build things and watch them grow (to some extent). Fun culture and people are friendly.

Cons

Confused leadership, politics for politics' sake, like to go around in circles.

Advice to Management

Think like leaders. Take risks and prepare to change fast because you are living in the past.

Focus on the high growth markets, and promote executives in Operations in stead of Marketing so to be consistent with the strategy.
