I have been working at Z57 full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Z57 provides its employees an amazing platform to become successful. Each employee has the opportunity to become well versed in the business of Real Estate, Internet marketing, and, very well versed, in the art of sales.

Cons

In the sales position, you have to cold call which can be difficult for some people. However, for those who embrace it, you will learn a lot doing this daily.

In the customer service job, bonus opportunities are hard to come by and the floor is loud so sometimes it is hard to hear the customer.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep focusing on the culture because it is great. The Vice President of Marketing is also really good so keep getting ideas from her.

Ruthless, cutthroat, money made for the company. Not you.

    Pros

The sales training is some of the best you will get anywhere. It is paid. It would take a college semester to pack in all the knowledge you will get.

The product is decent. It does work. But, the real estate industry as a whole is sick of the company for constantly calling.

    Cons

Huge and overlooked atmosphere of alcohol and hardcore drugs. Every single second you are there and not dialing the phone you will have someone in your ear. They recently changed the commission structure to favor the company 100%. You have to hit a certain amount of sales before you see a penny. Even the best reps in the company did not often achieve this mark. No matter how much money you have made the company you are always a bad couple of weeks away from being fired. There is ZERO incentive to "promotions." The first "promotion" consists of you you overseeing a small group of sales people with no pay increase. Oh, by the way. You are still expected to make sales of your own. If you don't mind making 180+ calls a day for $11 an hour. Then, by all means go for it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

DRUG TEST. Have there be some kind of incentive to even want to stay in that hot mess. There is a reason the turn over is so high at the company. There is no money to be made. Steve Weber has a vision for his company. I wonder if it is just talk or he really means it.
