Most of the management is decent, great place to learn about sales, really in depth training process.
Cons
Constant cold calling 150-300 calls per day. To even make any money you have to get 3 full units which can be anywhere from 3-6 sales depending on the pricing and getting 3 sales is extremely difficult. Top producers in the company rarely exceed 3 sales, and those getting 5-6 sales per week are barely making 50 k. 95 percent of the sales floor is surviving off 1600 a month with the occasional bonus of 250. Insanely high turnover, and the jock like culture is really annoying.
