Pros

ZAGG is an exciting company to work for that is growing quickly and offers many advancement opportunities. The leadership is focused for ZAGG to continue to experience record growth and to provide opportunities for current employees to advance with the company.

Cons

Some of the leadership lacks some management experience and skills. The customer service department is too detached from the rest of the company and needs more oversight from upper management. Turnover in some departments is too high because management does not work enough to help employees to develop and to encourage personal growth.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management can correct the turnover problem that exists in some departments by creating and encouraging a better disciplinary and personal development system.

    Pros

Some of the best reasons are the customers. Others are the freedom of the job and the ability to make extra commission.

    Cons

The company contunually struggled to deliver good product from corporate, and often sent defective items which in return lost me sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure that quality is one of your top issues. When selling a product at a large price compared to competitor's, it is extremely important to deliver good product.

I have been working at ZAGG

    Pros

The hours are flexible, the location convenient, and the coworkers are pleasant.

    Cons

No where to grow. Robert tries to keep employees happy by given them token payments such as an occasional gift, a nice party, or a drawing rather than paying people what they're worth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize that there is a difference between technical employees and unskilled production labor. Many of ZAGG's problems stem from not being able to hire and maintain good technical employees (web development, graphic design, programming, engineering) because they're not willing to pay them the industry standard. The pay is the same as it is for their unskilled positions.
